利用規約 / Terms of Service

JP Math Lab（以下「当サービス」）は、日本の数学カリキュラムをバイリンガル（日本語・英語）で提供するオンライン数学指導サービスです。

JP Math Lab ("the Service") is an online math tutoring service that delivers the Japanese math curriculum bilingually in Japanese and English.

• 授業はZoom（またはその他のビデオ通話ツール）を使用してオンラインで実施します。
  Lessons are conducted online via Zoom or other video conferencing tools.
• 料金はUSドル（USD）建てで、Stripe決済サービスを通じてお支払いいただきます。
  All fees are in USD and processed through Stripe.

• 授業開始の24時間前までにご連絡いただければ、振替が可能です。
  Rescheduling is available if you notify us at least 24 hours before the lesson.
• 当日キャンセル（24時間以内）の場合は、1回分の授業として消化されます。
  Same-day cancellations (within 24 hours) will count as one used lesson.

授業品質の向上および安全管理を目的として、全授業をZoomで録画・文字起こしする場合があります。

For quality improvement and safety purposes, all lessons may be recorded and transcribed via Zoom.

• 録画データはJP Math Lab管理者のみがアクセスできます。
  Recordings are accessible only by JP Math Lab administrators.
• 第三者への開示は行いません。
  Recordings will not be shared with third parties.

当サービスでは以下の情報を収集・保存します。

We collect and store the following information:

• 氏名、メールアドレス、学年 / Name, email address, grade level
• 授業録画 / Lesson recordings
• 決済情報（Stripeにて安全に管理） / Payment info (securely managed by Stripe)

• 当サービスは学習支援を目的としており、成績向上を保証するものではありません。
  This service is for educational support and does not guarantee grade improvement.
• インターネット接続環境およびデバイスの準備は生徒側の責任となります。
  Students are responsible for their own internet connection and devices.

• サブスクリプションはいつでも解約可能です。解約後も現在の課金期間終了まではサービスをご利用いただけます。
  Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• 未消化分の個別授業料は返金対象となります。
  Unused individual lesson fees are eligible for a refund.

授業で使用する教材、テキスト、問題集、動画等の著作権はJP Math Labに帰属します。

All teaching materials, texts, problem sets, and videos used in lessons are copyrighted by JP Math Lab.

• 無断での複製、再配布、商用利用を禁じます。
  Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
• 個人の学習目的での使用に限り許可されます。
  Use is permitted solely for personal learning purposes.

• 利用規約を変更する場合は、事前にメールにて通知いたします。
  We will notify you by email before any changes to these terms.
• 変更後のサービス利用継続をもって、変更後の規約に同意したものとみなします。
  Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
